Graham was a miner, shift boss and mining engineer at Mt Isa Mines before joining the NSW Mines Department. Over 30 years with the Department saw him rise to become the Chief Inspector of Mines, then Director Mine Safety and Environment.
A legal background led Gaby to manage Boral’s Registered Training Organisation section, then to set up her own consulting company. She ensures Mine Resilience is up to date with recording and compliance requirements.
